Production of

silikatbaserte products

Engen Industrier AS was established as a company name in the mid-nineties, and became a limited company. The company has been owned by the family since 1984. The company's recipes and mixtures with, among other things, silicates go back to the 1950s. The company is centrally located in Eastern Norway, about 70 km east of Oslo.

We produce and pack, among other things, oven scum, ceramic glue, refractory materials and more. We stock and sell graphite powder in small and large quantities. We also carry out plastic, blister and tin packaging of various products.

Environmentally friendly raw materials

All our products contain environmentally friendly raw materials. The products are manufactured in environmentally friendly production.

Heat resistant high-quality silicate-based products.

Products mixed on the basis of silicates are very environmentally friendly, products that do not have to be labeled. In the event of overheating or fire, no dangerous substances or gas are released. The products are used to glue or seal in environments with high temperatures. This is done to prevent smoke, gas or air leaks to the surroundings. Also used for gluing thermal insulation. Forms a rock-hard joint. Adheres very well to steel of all types, stone and concrete.
