Heatex® Ceramic glue

PRODUCT INFORMATION

Composition:

Viscous glue. Made of silicates and minerals. Does not contain asbestos. Water soluble. Not subject to labelling, environmentally friendly product, composed of only environmentally friendly raw materials. Very little risk of contamination during production, use and possible subsequent disposal.

Areas of use:

Used for gluing and has very good adhesion to ceramic fibres, glass fiber cords and plates, insulation and the like to substrates in environments with normal and high temperatures. Also has several other uses.

Characteristics:

Very good adhesion to metals, concrete, stone and leca. Curing starts when air is introduced. Withstands temperatures up to 1100C. At higher temperatures, the glue will melt. Does not emit dangerous gases at higher temperatures or fire. The glue is supplied in several viscosities and colors (also black), on request. The glue has a high specific gravity of approx. 1.7.

Storage:

The glue freezes, but regains its original consistency when thawed. Should be stored frost-free.

Packaging:

Packed in tubes 30 ml and 310 ml, pail 20 kg. Also available in other packaging on request.
