PRODUCT INFORMATION

Composition:

Gray odorless paste. Made of silicates and minerals. Does not contain asbestos. Water soluble. Environmentally friendly product composed of only environmentally friendly raw materials. Very little risk of contamination during production, use and possible subsequent disposal.

Areas of use:

Used for the repair of minor damage and the insertion of flue pipes into pipes. Also suitable in the cast iron and aluminum industry. Also has several other uses.

Characteristics:

Very good adhesion to metals, concrete and stone. Curing starts when air is introduced. After hardening, the mass becomes rock hard. The curing time depends on thickness and air temperature. Up to thicknesses of approx. 10 mm, the curing time is approx. 24 hours. The compound hardens without shrinking or cracking. Withstands temperatures up to 1100C. At higher temperatures, the mass will melt. Does not emit dangerous gases at higher temperatures or fire. Applied mechanically or in compressed air systems. A supplier of systems for compressed air can be obtained by contacting us. The mass is delivered in several viscosities, on request. The pulp has a high specific gravity of approx. 1.8.

Storage:

The mass freezes, but regains its original consistency when thawed. Should be stored frost-free.

Packaging:

Packed in professional tubes (600 gr), canisters of 50 kg, half barrels 190 kg and full barrels 390 kg.
